Nabha, October 24 (Sukhbir Singh Thoohi) Dr. Mohan Tyagi has taken charge of the seat as Head of the Department of Punjabi Literary Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala. On this occasion, MLA of Nabha constituency, Gurdev Singh Dev Mann, reached Punjabi University, Patiala today to congratulate his brother, Dr. Mohan Tyagi. On this occasion, MLA Devmann said that he has a fraternal relationship with Dr. Mohan Tyagi for about 36 years. Therefore, I have personally come to Punjabi University to congratulate him.
