The next hearing of the murder case of Bhai Hardeep Singh Nijjar will be held on 12 January 2026
New Delhi, December 19 (Manpreet Singh Khalsa):- The hearing of the case of Bhai Hardeep Singh Nijjar, who was martyred in the ongoing struggle for the freedom of the Sikh Panth and was shot dead outside the Gurdwara Sahib with the help of the Indian government, is going on in the Supreme Court of Canada. According to the information sent by Bhai Narinder Singh Randhawa, the court had fixed the date of December 15 for the hearing, which could not be held due to some reason and the next hearing was given on December 16 and 17. He said that the accused named by the Canadian police were presented in the court under tight security, but the congregation in the court prohibited anyone from listening to and seeing the court proceedings, the congregation was kept outside the court and the court proceedings were kept secret. He said that on this occasion, the Singhs of Bhai Nijjar team, along with a large number of devotees, protested against the Indian government outside the court and raised slogans demanding justice for Bhai Nijjar. On this occasion, the Secretary of Gurdwara Sahib, Bhai Gurmeet Singh Toor and other members strongly demanded that the then Indian ambassador to Canada and the Indian leaders working behind him be brought to Canada under Canadian law and a case be filed against them. On this occasion, a large number of devotees including Bhai Manjinder Singh SFJ, Bhai Ajaypal Singh, Bhai Narinder Singh Randhawa, Bhai Avtar Singh Khaira, Jaig Sidhu were present outside the court. The next hearing of the case going on in the court will be on 12 January 2026.
