Welcome to Canada's approval of "Billings Estate" Ottawa for Khalistan Referendum to be held on November 23: Pannu

👉 Sikhs in Ottawa will respond to bullets with ballots

New Delhi, November 16 (Manpreet Singh Khalsa):- The Canadian government of Canada has allowed the use of Billings Estate National Historic Site in Ottawa for the Khalistan Referendum to be held on November 23, for which Sikhs for Justice General Council Gurpatwant Singh Pannu has deeply and sincerely thanked the Canadian government. He said that this referendum is sending a clear message that the ballot is the peaceful democratic path chosen by the Sikhs and the bullets are an international murder and assassination conspiracy being carried out by the Indian government in an attempt to stop the freedom movement of Punjab, which on November 23, the Sikh community will respond to violence with democracy. He said the approval by the Carney government reaffirms Canada’s commitment to freedom of expression, peaceful political participation and the democratic rights of Sikhs. There is a deep meaning and respect for a national historic site being submitted for referendum. For which I would like to formally acknowledge the open communication established between the Carney government and Sikhs for Justice. Canadian government offices have received our requests, listened to our concerns, and directed those concerns to the appropriate departments and officials. He said that in recent months, SFJ has submitted detailed information about the security threats faced by pro-Khalistan Sikhs. These concerns are based on public reports, statements from Canadian agencies, and the most recent official reports by Bloomberg about the interception of communications by UK intelligence officials regarding the Indian agents who directed and carried out the murder of Shaheed Nijjar.

SFJ commends the Carney government for recognizing these concerns and ensuring that information is conveyed through the proper channels. They said that voting for the referendum is a peaceful, vote-based democratic process that is conducted entirely within Canadian law. The aim is to give the Sikh community a safe and democratic way to express their political will. By allowing the Billings estate to vote, the Carney government has shown respect for democratic rights and the belief in the peaceful participation of the Sikh community.
