Boosting the resolve for a developed India through the power of its youth, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed the Rozgar Melas organized at 40 different locations across the country through a video message and distributed over 51,000 appointment letters to newly appointed youth in various government departments and organisations.
As part of this 17th Rozgar Mela, a special programme was organised at the Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW) Auditorium, Patiala. On this occasion, Mrs. Padmagandha Mishra, Director Postal Services Punjab Circle, participated as the Chief Guest. She presented appointment letters to more than 200 selected newly appointed youth.
In her address, Mrs. Padmagandha Mishra congratulated the newly appointed individuals and advised them to continuously upgrade themselves by visiting the Karmayogi platform. She said that once an achievement is made, one should not stop there, but should always try to move forward by learning something new. She motivated the youth to contribute as much as possible to the progress of the nation so that India can advance further.
Senior officers from various departments were present at the programme, along with the newly appointed youth and their families. On this occasion, the newly appointed youth shared their thoughts, thanked the Government of India, and assured that they would perform their duties with full dedication and honesty and would always be eager to serve the nation.
