Damdami Taksal and Federation Bhindranwale express grief on the demise of Inder Singh, father of Shaheed Bhai Amarjit Singh Shehzada

Amritsar, October 29 (Gurpreet Singh Dub): Respected father of Amar Shaheed Bhai Amarjit Singh Shehzada, a warrior of Babbar Khalsa who fought and attained martyrdom in the armed struggle started by Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale for the freedom of Khalistan, Jathedar Inder Singh, has passed away at the age of 85. Sikh preacher, Panthic writer and National President of Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwala Bhai Ranjit Singh Damdami Taksal reached his home, village Dhirowal, district Jalandhar and attended the cremation of late Inder Singh and shared his grief with the mother, brother, sister and son-in-law of Shaheed Bhai Amarjit Singh Shehzada and prayed for the spiritual peace of Jathedar Inder Singh by reciting Jap Ji Sahib, Chaupai Sahib, Kirtan Sohila and Alahaniyan. Bhai Ranjit Singh Damdami Taksal said that after the attack on Sri Darbar Sahib, Bhai Amarjit Singh Shehzada had jumped into the armed struggle, he took immense militant action and corrected the Panth traitors. Bhai Amarjit Singh Shehzada who was a close associate of Jathedar Bhai Sukhdev Singh Babbar, Bhai Wadhawa Singh Babbar, Bhai Balwinder Singh Jatana, Jathedar Bhai Avtar Singh Brahma, Bhai Iqbal Singh Babbar and Bhai Gurdeep Singh Vakil. His family also faced government persecution. Bhai Ranjit Singh Damdami Taksal paid tribute to the martyrdom of Bhai Amarjit Singh Shehzada and the Sikh Siddak of Jathedar Inder Singh. He also honored the family through 1984 Tribute.com. He said that on 28 January 1989, Bhai Amarjit Singh Shehzada had died in martyrdom, in his memory, his house is adorned with Gurdwara Sahib and Nishan Sahib. Bhai Ranjit Singh said that the Ardas ceremony in the name of Jathedar Inder Singh will be held on November 6, 2025, at his home village Dhirowal. All the Sangat and leaders of Panthic organizations are requested to attend.
