 The current legal system of Punjab is in shambles, daily massacres, looting, bribery are being practiced: Mann

New Delhi, February 11 (Manpreet Singh Khalsa):- In the 20th century, such conditions continued for a long time in France that governments were formed and broken there. This process happened many times. But the bureaucrats and civil servants there, understanding their responsibility, firmly fulfilled their social and government responsibilities well. Due to which, despite the extremely bad conditions, this bureaucracy continued to fulfill its government responsibilities. Now the question arises that the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab, which is currently weak in every aspect, is not capable of taking decisions independently, remains dependent on the orders of its anti-Punjab rulers in Delhi, due to which it has proven to be a miserly failure in the administrative system, in removing the problems and worries of the people. But the second sad phenomenon is that 80% of the bureaucracy, the Babusahi here are from states outside Punjab. Who have no sympathy and interest in the Punjab state, Punjabis and the Sikh community. They are seen enjoying themselves by completing their duties from 9 am to 5 pm and taking huge salaries and do not think about their capabilities to fulfill their responsibilities like the bureaucracy of France. This is the reason why Punjab has gone towards decline politically and administratively. This idea was expressed by Mr. Simranjit Singh Mann, President of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar), expressed deep sorrow over the complete failure of the politicians in the current Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab who have neither any administrative nor political experience nor the capacity to do so, and the bureaucracy not fulfilling its responsibilities, and held this bureaucracy responsible for the decline in the administrative system of Punjab. He said that when the Aam Aadmi Party government has proven to be a failure politically, the legal system here is in shambles, there are massacres, looting, bribery practices happening every day, there is no plan to remove unemployment here and neither do they have the power and thinking to improve the financial condition here, then if the bureaucracy here had fulfilled its responsibilities like the bureaucracy of France, then there would have been no decline in the administrative system even if the politicians failed. But due to the bureaucracy's lack of interest or sympathy for our state and its interest in enjoying the facilities, vehicles, big salaries and government facilities here, there are piles of garbage on the roads and streets here and the administrative system has failed in every way. He said that at such times, the Chief Secretary, DGP who can keep this administrative system and legal provisions correct, but they are also busy enjoying themselves like other bureaucrats. This is the reason that from the top chief officers to the bottom patwaris, all the bureaucrats are sitting indifferent to their responsibilities, due to which the situation is becoming even more explosive. If no proper action is taken in this direction, the situation in the state of Punjab will become even worse, for which the current minister and bureaucrats associated with the Aam Aadmi Party will be responsible.
