Akali Dal Waris Punjab holds emergency meeting of Majha Zone regarding preparation of Khalsa Waheer
All Sikhs, farmers, student organizations and Sikh sects should be involved in the Waheer for the progress of the Panth and Punjab: Bapu Tarsem Singh
Amritsar, February 13 () Akali Dal Waris Punjab today held an emergency meeting of Majha Zone at Gurdwara Baba Kale Mehr, village Jallupur of Member Parliament Bhai Amritpal Singh Khalsa regarding the preparation of Khalsa Waheer, in which a large number of party leaders and workers attended. During the meeting, Khalsa Waheer was declared as the need of the hour for Panthic unity, social awareness and protection of Punjab's rights. The leaders said that this Waheer will not only be a religious awareness but will also prove to be a great tool for national unity and connecting the younger generation with its history and basic principles. On this occasion, apart from Bapu Tarsem Singh Ji, senior leaders of the party included Bhai Amarjit Singh Wanchiri, Bhai Harbhajan Singh Tur, Bhai Paramjit Singh Johal, Pargat Singh Mianwind, Sarabjit Singh Khanpur, Bhai Harjit Singh Lalanangal, Bhai Shamsher Singh Tala, Bhai Surinderpal Singh Talibpura, Bhai Daya Singh Ji, Bhai Daljit Singh Jawanda, Bhai Jaskaran Singh Riar, Jugraj Singh Udonangal, Daljit Singh Miadian, Jugraj Singh Bhangwan, Jaskaran Singh Lopoke, Bhai Chamkaur Singh Dhun, Charanjit Singh Ghalib, Sukhbir Singh Valtoha, Sukhbir Singh Cheema, Narinder Singh Kalsian, Amandeep Singh Kalsian, Nathwinder Singh Majitha, Amrik Singh Bitta, Rajinder Singh Raju, Jasbir Singh Goldy and hundreds of other active leaders. Apart from this, workers from different areas also attended the meeting and assured to make the Khalsa Waheer to be taken out on February 25 a success. Addressing the meeting, Bapu Tarsem Singh appealed that all Sikhs, farmers, student organizations and Sikh sects should join this Khalsa Waheer in large numbers for the progress of the Panth and Punjab. He said that in today's time, national unity is the biggest strength and we should work together for our common goal. He further said that through Khalsa Waheer, the message of Gurmat ideology, service spirit and brotherhood will be conveyed to every household. The party leaders firmly said that this effort will further strengthen the Panthic spirit and create an atmosphere for big changes in Punjab. At the end of the meeting, everyone unitedly resolved to make the Khalsa Waheer historic and decided to convey its message to maximum number of Sangats.
