Sikh community and minorities cannot get justice in India, independent Sikh state is very important: Mann
New Delhi, October 31 (Manpreet Singh Khalsa):- Due to the major flaws that have arisen in the rulers, courts, bureaucracy and administration of India for a long time, the Sikh community and other minority communities living here cannot get justice at all. Therefore, it is important for the Punjabis and the Sikh community that it is their great responsibility to bring about an independent Sikh state in order to establish a just system. This idea was expressed by Mr. Simranjit Singh Mann, President Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar), while talking about the major flaws that have arisen in the Indian government and judicial system due to bribery and the fact that minority communities will never get justice here, expressed his desire to Punjabis and the Sikh community to be ready to establish an independent Sikh state at all costs. He said that a clear example of the discrimination and injustice that the rulers and courts have been doing to minority communities is that while deciding the Babri Masjid, which is the highest religious place of the Muslim community, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Gangoi, made a biased decision and stifled the voice of the Muslim community by talking about building a temple there, due to which Justice Gangoi was made a Rajya Sabha member for 6 years after retirement. There is a big doubt that the Additional District Sessions Judge Yajuvinder Singh, who was the judge of the Sanjoli Mosque in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, did not do anything that would cause further injustice to the Muslim community and this would make the ruling and majority judge take the same position as the above-mentioned Justice Gangoi. This matter should also be investigated impartially and the issue related to the mosque of the Muslim community should be decided properly with arguments and not a biased decision should be made in a conspiratorial manner.
