Giving information in this regard, ASI Kuldeep Kumar, in-charge of the SSF team, said that after receiving information from a passerby, they immediately went and saw a car with the number CH01CY8758, which was being driven by Colonel H Singh Dhillon, son of Colonel Iqbal Singh Dhillon, resident of Sector 38, Chandigarh. It was going from Balachaur side to Ropar side. When it reached near Ryat College, suddenly a stray animal came in front of the car, due to which the car collided terribly and the car was badly damaged and the driver was saved by a narrow escape. The car was pulled to the side with the help of a recovery van and traffic was restored smoothly.
